That includes offering our customers several different options for paying premiums, including our toll-free customer service hotline, which is answered by live attendants who can assist with payments by phone or answer billing related questions.

Customer Billing Options


Pay your annual premium or make a one-time payment via Credit Card & eCheck. Register to sign up for online payments. Your policy number and producer code, located on your invoice, as well as your zip code are needed to set your policy/policies up for payment. Returning policyholders can log in with the email address and password used to create their account. 

By mail

Send your check, along with the remittance stub, to the address printed on your bill. If you don’t have the remittance stub, please write your policy number on your check and mail it to:

Call 877.624.7775 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday – Friday and provide your checking account information to our customer service representative.

By automatic deduction

Policyholders also can sign up for automatic installment payments via OnTime®, our electronic funds transfer program. You select the date you want us to deduct your payment from your checking account and we do the rest. To register for OnTime®, please contact customer service at 877.624.7775 for assistance.
